Aimdek Technologies created the Doctor Online app as a commercial app. The SERVICE is provided by Aimdek Technologies at a cost and is intended for use as it is. It is used to inform or notify visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information if anyone decides to use our Service.

Information Collection and Use
The app does use third-party services which collects information that is used to identify you.
We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Video calls may be stored on our server for a finite period. We use a third-party server for storing video calls. We use video calls for generating transcript. We use third-party apps for generating transcript. Video calls will be shared with the third-party apps.
We save your chat history for a finite period. Document shared during the chat are stored onto our server. We do not share data or use third apps for chat feature.
One Time Password:
OTP is a one-time password that is provided by your telephone operator in order to carry out the second-factor authentication of your registered mobile number. If you opt for our ‘one tap’ feature, you understand that we will be able to retrieve your OTP from the message received on your mobile and populate and submit the OTP on the issuer’s page for the second-factor authentication of your registered mobile number.
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

We may send periodic promotional or informational emails to Healthcare Providers. Healthcare Providers may opt-out of such communications by following the opt-out instructions contained in the email. Please note that it may take up to 15 business days for us to process opt-out requests. If you opt-out of receiving emails about recommendations or other information we think may interest you, we may still send you emails about your account or any Services you have requested or received from us.

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
